Due to the recent terror events in Turkey and the stress and mourn it caused, the Anathema and Dreamtone gig which was planned to take place on 23.10.2007 in Eskisehir, is cancelled. Due to Dreamtone's conflicting schedule, we won't / are not able to take stage on the following day in Eskisehir, with Anathema. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience, however, this decision was totally made in the cast of recent events and it was totally impossible to prevent it either by Anathema, Dreamtone or the promoters. We will be in Eskisehir as soon as possible, we promise.

The gig on 28.10.2007 in Ankara with Anathema is still on schedule and no current postpones / cancellations are planned. Thank you for your understanding.

We curse the terrorist act of today's bombing in Ankara, Ulus' Anafartalar Mall with all our hearts. As Dreamtone, we wish all the injured people to get well as soon as possible and we are sharing the loss of those who died at this terrible, meaningless act. Our hearts are with their families and friends, we are sharing their grief. May our innocents' souls rest in peace.

07.05.2007 | OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT BLIND GUARDIAN ANKARA GIG
Dreamtone, being the opening act of Blind Guardian Turkey Tour, couldn't take stage on Ankara leg of this event, which was held on 5.5.2007, due to immense technical problems of the main sound system. Having decided this cancellation together with Blind Guardian, there was nothing else to do in order to fit to the tight time schedule of this tour and we are truly sorry for this.

This cancellation is all because of faulty equipment and technical problems and has nothing to do with Dreamtone and with Blind Guardian. We do apology to our fans in Ankara, as well as to Blind Guardian listeners who were willing to hear Dreamtone, for this inconvenience.

Also, we would like to send our thanks for their immense support and friendship and say hello to our Blind Guardian friends. Take care Hansi, Andre, Marcus, Frederik, Oliver, Michael, Uli, Danny, Peter, Henry, Oli and anyone else we forgot to mention.

15.6.2006 | PANDEMONIUM TO CHANGE NAME
Dreamtone have decided to change the title of their upcoming single, "Pandemonium" to "Snowfall", which will be a brand new track from the new album of the band, planned to be released in 2007. Snowfall will not only consist of the new title track, but also the previously stated index of "Pandemonium", which was a new recorded Pandemonium and some bonus materials as well. The release date for the single has not been changed and it is still in September 2006.

Dreamtone will perform as a supporting band for Blind Guardian on 14.5.2006 at Istanbul, Refresh Venue. Near to Dreamtone's support, Definitive from Istanbul will also act as a support band as well.

2.5.2006 | APOPLEXY WITH BURAK KAHRAMAN TO RELEASE THEIR FIRST DEMO
Burak Kahraman and his mates, with their project Apoplexy, have released their first demo recording. It can be found at several local shops that you can get the usual metal goods.

Dreamtone will appear with an interview on TV @ Channel B of Baskent University, for the rock music program named "30 Desibel". The interview was held after the gig at Hacettepe Rock Festival. The interview has the appereance of all members except for Burak Kahraman. The probable broadcasting date is 2nd or 3rd week of May.

Dreamtone will perform on 19th of March as a part of the debut album, Sojourn's promotional season. The band will be headlining the show, which will also cover two other bands, Melatonin and Neutron.
