Please note that we read and try to reply each and every e-mail that is sent to us. However, there may be times that we may miss a message or two due to:

1) The high spam rate of this website, as mails get lost in those pile of junk from time to time.

2) We may be on the road.

3) The message may be too much meaningless to reply (like "I hate you Dreamtone" kinda stuff).

4) Your e-mail may got lost and never made it to our side.

Therefore, we would be happy if you can just check all those things and re-send your e-mail to us, if you don't get a reply within 10 days or so.
